Girls which is better for u on wearing shirts or blouse?

-To buttoned it all or to keep some buttons unbuttoned and YFor me, I like to button it up all the way up because I'm more on the flat-chested side. Also, I can tuck my shirts or blouses in. Since I have short legs compared to the rest of my body, I try to extenuate my legs as much as possible, by always tucking them in with jeans or shorts (high wasted shorts are very cute for this case :D) to make my legs look longer and I'll usually add a belt. However, if you have nice cleavage, I would recommend maybe keeping the top unbuttoned, but definitely not in a slutty way or nothing(:

Although some of the reason is I have a larger breast size so it looks funny on me personally when they're all buttoned.
