How can I grow my nails faster?

-My nails take FOREVER to grow. But, I have a problem, I can't really grow my nails because I bite my nails! It's a bad habit. Idk what to do about! My friend put a nailpolish on me that has a terrible taste but I couldn't help it, so I bit my nails anyways! What should I do? And how can I grow my nails faster?

Hope i helped!I also bit my nails, but to stop I got fake nails it worked but they make them weak or just do something else to distract you. You can take vitamins that help hair skin and nails :)
