Is it okay to wear eyeliner only on your top eyelid?

-I'm just now starting to wear makeup at age 23. I know I am totally late on it, but I just never felt the need to wear before. Anyways, since I'm not used to it I don't want to get carried away. I thought starting with eyeliner and mascara would be a good start for entering the makeup world. Do you think wearing eyeliner only on the top eyelid looks nice?I only wear eyeliner on my top eyelids :)

But remember not to wear it too thick, make sure you tidy it up after wards and make sure you apply close to your eyelashes.

It'll make your eyes look bigger and your eyelashes will look thicker :)yuup its lovely and wow ur latee ive been wearing makeup since i was 13 but yeah it looks lovely :)
