Is this normal? Help!?

-I've never seen anybody else with this problem, so it's pretty tough to explain...

A cupid's bow, from my understanding refers to the double curve of the top part of your upper lip... I have that... but the bottom part of my upper lip curves downwards in the center, and then goes back up. It looks kind of ugly on me... but is this normal? Can I get rid of it?
