What do you think about tongue piercings?

-I'm thinking about getting mines done for my 18th bday but I'm nervous bcause what people are saying . Should I get it?Go for it if you really want a tongue ring then get it despite that people say dumb **** about it. I have a tongue ring and I did not get it to preform oral sex or any thing like that. I just really like the piercing.

My point of view when i see a tongue piercing is " Their G" but then part of me says they must do a good ******** no offense because theres this girl that does them. Lol i know crazy.But go for it I mean it looks Super duper cool.

Tongue piercings are sexy on some people, but trashy on others. Just be careful. If you aren't the type to get it, don't get it.
They are slutty on women and trashy on everyone. I'm not against most piercings but I hate anything pierced inside of the mouth. The tongue is a hassle when it comes to healing as well.

and when i was in the 5th grade, we saw all these pictures with negative outcomes from a pierced tongue. one word: gross
