What is the best product to CONCEAL dark circles all the way ?

-About last year I started getting dark circles and they have gotten worse ! I had them all through my school year last year and I would like to go back with them concealed ! PRICE IS NOT AN OPTION . I talked to my dad about it because we have spent about $1000 for concealer to try to conceal them and my last option is looking like surgery . I would like to keep the price under $100 because I would like to spend my money more on school clothes but any price is fine ..

Or try the garnier (not sure how its spelled) eye roller. Or just put foundation over it, no offense but I think $1000 dollars is WAY to much to try to conceal them and surgery... Something only spoiled rich kids would do.

You could try just layering...i use a lighter concealer then a compact powder and it works perfect for me. i just use the cheap stuff, in a lighter color (like i said)...good luck! :)
