Whats up with middle school girls dressing so revealing and innapropriate?

-ok im in my 20's and i never did that when i was 12/13

i never wore makeup till i was 16



now when u go to the mall and such theres girls dressed so innapropriatly



its just disgusting and it wont get the guys all over you. i dont see why some mothers let their kids look/dress that waythere on there ways of being SUPERIOR whoreswell, i'm 16 right, and i guess if you saw me you'd probably think i dress inappropriately, i often wear crop tops to show off my belly piercing and short skirts. i don't do it in the hope of getting guys or whatever. i do it because it's my body and i'm probably not going to have as good a figure as i do now in ten years, you only live once so why not? i'm never going to let anybody take advantage of me because i dress revealingly, look but can't touch unless I say so, yknow..? obviously then there are extremes where girls go out showing off their nipples and a$$, which is wrong. but i think within reason it's ok.
if it was disgusting, they wouldnt do it. people dress the way they do for attraction, some people it's personal and others it external. this is influenced by social groups, which will tease and even harm u if u don "conform" to a certain standard. this ...it does get guys all over "you", assuming the look makes them look sexually attractive(golden ratio)to the guys.



now your claim "why do some mothers let their kids..." did u listen to what ur parents told u, everything? i myself never really cared for such social norms, than again i was excluded from the start....anyways. you cant stop ur 12yro child wearing clothes under their suppose to wear clothes, or even sneak make0up to school or even mall. there is always a way to get around things.
I think a lot of girls that age go throught that phase, where they try to act and dress much older than they really are. It's just a part of growing up, and if they have sensible, loving mothers, they will put a stop to it before it gets out of control.
It's just a phase. Give it some time. I'm sure those girls would realize dressing like that will not get the right attention.

It depends on the girl and how they're raised. Even in elementary school, there were girls like that.
